On December 16, 2023, TAPUHO Vietnam Co., Ltd. held a strategic cooperation signing ceremony with Le Gia Trading & Friendship Co., Ltd. Attending the ceremony were Mr. Dang Ngoc Phuc - Director, Ms. Phan Thi Thu Trang - Founder of TAPUHO brand and Mr. Dao Anh Duc - Sales Director of TAPUHO Vietnam Co., Ltd. On the side of Le Gia Trading & Friendship Co., Ltd., there were Mr. Le Quang Hanh - Director and Ms. Hoang Thi Bich - Deputy Director.

In order to promote the strengths of both units and contribute to business development cooperation, TAPUHO Vietnam Co., Ltd. and Le Gia Trading & Friendship Co., Ltd. have discussed and agreed to form a strategic cooperation in distributing TAPUHO brand products throughout the market.

At the strategic cooperation signing ceremony, the leaders of the two units, Mr. Dang Ngoc Phuc - Director of TAPUHO Vietnam Co., Ltd. and Mr. Le Quang Hanh - Director of Le Gia Trading & Friendship Co., Ltd. signed an agreement guiding the cooperation contents between the two parties. Specifically, Le Gia Trading & Friendship Co., Ltd. - Quang Hanh Electrical Appliances is distributed TAPUHO branded products of TAPUHO Vietnam Co., Ltd.; at the same time, developing a product distribution system through the lower hierarchy systems. In particular, TAPUHO commits to bringing quality products, with outstanding advantages, competing with many products on the market.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Dang Ngoc Phuc expressed: “ With the many years of experience and reputation of Quang Hanh Electronics, TAPUHO believes that the cooperation of both sides will contribute to bringing TAPUHO brand products closer to consumers across the country. This signing ceremony is an extremely important first step in the cooperation journey of both sides in accordance with the operating motto: "Solidarity - Long-term development - Sustainable growth". TAPUHO hopes that the two units will operate based on the spirit of mutually beneficial cooperation, together overcome challenges, difficulties and reap more success in the future."

The cooperation agreement is the basis for both parties to develop a detailed cooperation plan towards the goal of jointly developing the business of TAPUHO brand products. At the ceremony, the leaders of the two units expressed their joy and believed that the signing of the cooperation memorandum would open up opportunities for the development of both parties.
