Step 3: Marinate the fish. Put the spices on the fish, then use your hands to massage both sides and marinate for 40 minutes. 

Step 4: Grill the fish. To grill the fish, you should preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees for 10 minutes. Then, put the fish in the oven for about 30 minutes. If the fish is too big for the air fryer, you can open the oven and flip the fish to make sure it is cooked evenly on both sides.

  • Unsweetened fresh milk: 50ml
  • Salt 1 teaspoon 

Steps to prepare grilled oysters with cheese

Step 1: Prepare oysters 

First, use a hose to rinse off all the mud and moss around the oyster shell. Then, soak the oyster in a bowl of salt water for about 20-30 minutes to let the oyster release the mud. 

Next, use a brush to scrub and clean the surface of the oyster shell, then rinse the oyster under the tap. Then, use a knife to separate the oyster shell and put it on a plate. You can soak the oyster intestines with a little salt and flour for about 5 minutes, rinse and drain. 

Step 2: Prepare the cheese mixture 

Put 50 grams of Mozzarella cheese in a large bowl, then add 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise, 50ml of unsweetened fresh milk and squeeze in ½ lemon.
