- 100 grams of dried tofu skin in sheets 
- ½ cup of flour

Step 1: Soak the tofu skin in water to let it expand, then wash and drain.

- 1 carrot
- 1 bean sprout
- Onion or green onion
- 100 grams of bean sprouts
- 2 blocks of tofu
