How to choose fresh and delicious green rice

Mince the lean shoulder meat, wash the green rice and drain.

Step 1: Prepare ingredients 

- After buying, wash the lean shoulder meat, drain it and put it in a meat grinder until smooth, then put it in a large bowl. 
- Peel and chop the shallots. 
- Wash the green rice, soak it in water for about 10 minutes to soften it, then take it out and drain it. If the green rice is still fresh, you just need to wash it and squeeze it lightly to drain the water. 

Step 2: Mix the green rice sausage mixture

You should add 1 egg yolk or 1 teaspoon of flour or cornstarch to increase the stickiness of the green rice sausage. Finally, you should add about 1-2 teaspoons of cooking oil to the bowl and stir well, cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. 

Take the green rice sausage mixture out of the refrigerator for 30 minutes, then wear gloves and shape the green rice sausage into flat circles so that it cooks more evenly.

Step 4: Make green rice sausage with air fryer
